This OID was defined in Rec. ITU-T X.666 (11/95) | ISO/IEC 9834-7:1995 (superseded), clauses 6 & 7, and Appendix III. But it was removed from the 1997 edition and consequently, it has never been used.
Child OIDs should have been of the form {joint-iso-itu-t(2) registration-procedures(17) asn-1(3) international-name-value(n)}. To request registration of an international ASN.1 name, a national registration authority or an international treaty organization should have submitted a written request based on the application form is described in Rec. ITU-T X.666 (11/95) | ISO/IEC 9834-7:1995, clause III.5.
