At its plenary meeting on 21 Feb 2014, ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 6 noted that, according to an agreement signed by the Information and Communications Technology Office (Administration representing the ITU Member State) and by the Bureau of Product Standards (organization representing the ISO Member Body), the Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) is the registration authority for this OID. This decision was further noted by ITU-T SG17 at its plenary meeting on 26 Sep 2014.
