At its plenary meeting on 26 Mar 2020, ITU-T SG17 noted that, according to an agreement signed by the Ministry of the Digital Economy and Postal Services (in French, Ministère de l'Économie NUmérique et de la Poste (MENUP), administration representing Côte d'Ivoire in the ITU) and pending a similar letter signed by CODINORM (organization representing Côte d'Ivoire in ISO), the Autorité de Régulation des Technologies de l'information et de la communication de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI) is the registration authority for this OID. This decision was further by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 6 at its plenary meeting on 30 Oct 2020.
