DESCRIPTION
"The gauge value at which an alarm will be generated when the gauge value reaches or crosses the NotifyLow level in a falling direction. Subsequent similar crossings of the NotifyLow level will not generate an alarm until the gauge has reached or crossed the corresponding NotifyHigh level."
