Information:

Child OIDs identify alerting authorities of organizations other than countries. They are of the form abbrev(n) where the numeric value n is a numeric value assigned to the organization. Assignment of such a child OID is subject to designation of an initial editor of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Register of Alerting Authorities for the organization as well as approval according to the procedures specified in clause 7 of WMO/TD No. 1556 "Administrative procedure for registering WMO alerting identifiers."
