At its plenary meeting on 11 Dec 2025, ITU-T SG17 noted that, according to an agreement co-signed by the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and Digital ("MCTN") (Administration representing Senegal in the ITU) and by the Association Sénégalaise de Normalisation (ASN) (organization representing Senegal in ISO), the "Direction générale du Chiffre et de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information (DCSSI)" is the registration authority for this OID. This decision was further noted by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 6 at its plenary meeting on 17 Apr 2026.
