DESCRIPTION
"This notification is used when the alarm table in the
agent is about the be rebuild. The notification will be
emitted prior to the rebuild, immediately after
dropping the content of the alarm table.
On reception of this notification, the manager
shall clean the internal alarm table to be in snyc
with the agent.
The agent can decide to log this notification in the
alarm log like any other notification. The objects,
which are not used for this notification shall remain empty
(strings) or use default value (0) for integer types"
