"This flag is used to generate all TP5000E alarm and event messages with
this one action. The messages are sent to the alarm and event logs.
This feature is used for testing purposes. For a message that specifies
a port, only one message is generated instead of generating a message for
each possible port.
This object is actually write-only, but SNMP does not have write-only."
