"The priority of the VLAN ID. The range is 0 to 7. VLAN priority and VLAN ID
must be configured at same time when a VLAN interface row is added.
Once a VLAN priority is defined, it cannot be modified. To change it,
set the VLAN ID to 0 (deleting the VLAN from the VLAN table),
and create a new VLAN row."
