Currently, the TP5000E system has 14 unique LED names.
Some LED names (ALM and MGMT) are used on different module types.

3) SYS (system health)
4) ALM (IMC alarm)
5) GNSS/GPS (GNSS/GPS status)
6) MGMT (Ethernet management port)
IOC LEDs:
7) ACT (active IOC)
8) Alarm (IOC alarm)
9) ETH1 (Ethernet port 1)
10) ETH2 (Ethernet port 2)
11) Holdover (IOC oscillator status)
