"GNSS elevation mask. The range is 5 to 45 degrees.
This value is actually the lower limit of the elevation mask.
The upper limit is 90 degrees. If the elevation mask is set to 5 degrees,
the elevation coverage is from 5 to 90 degrees. If the elevation mask
is set to 30 degrees, the elevation coverage is from 30 to 90 degrees."
