DESCRIPTION
"Multicast Announce Receipt Timeout. Its range is 2 to 10
and its unit is number of intervals. Default value is 3
(intervals). It is the number of Announce intervals that
has to pass without receiving an Announce message before
the PTP port declares Announce_Receipt_Timeout_Expires.
If the timeout value is 2 and the multicast
announce interval is 4 seconds, then the multicast announce
receipt timeout value is 2*4 = 8 seconds."
