"The managed object is for SHDSL line configuration. When the EMS
wants to issue the desired operation, the EMS shall send SNMP-SET message to set
the corresponding bit value to be 1. The various bit positions are:
BIT 1: enable port
BIT 2: disable port
BIT 3: set SHDSL mode
BIT 4: set line profile
BIT 5: set alarm profile
BIT 6: set pmms mode to be normal
BIT 7: set pmms mode to be forced
BIT 8: set pbo mode to be normal-epl
BIT 9: set pbo mode to be forced-epl
BIT 10: set pbo mode to be forced-no-epl
BIT 11: set pbo value"
