"A change in the DSR (Data Set Ready) signal
indicates that the data communication equipment is
powered off. For example, if the DSR signal changes
to low, it indicates that the data communication
equipment is powered down. When the DSR signal
changes to low, the NPort 6000 series device server
will automatically send a SMS alarm.
Note: NPort 6150, 6250, 6250-S-SC, 6250-M-SC
do not support write access."
