DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the hello time, in
milliseconds. This is the amount of time between
the transmissions of Configuration bridge PDUs by
this node on any virtual port when it is the root
of the spanning tree or trying to become so. This
value is used by all bridges when this bridge is
acting as the root.
This is a decimal integer in the range 100 to
1000.
The default value is '200'."
