condition used by this filter. This condition must
exist in fcvLvpFltConditionTable.
Important : by convention, the condition
identifier increased by 100 allows the opposite
condition to be applied : the received frames not
verifying this condition are then selected..
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 199.
The default value is '255' meaning 'empty value'
(blank value on the equipment configurator)."
