DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the up state timer in
seconds for this basic rate interface. This timer
starts when the ISDN call is successfull (i.e., a
B-channel is established) and it is normally
stopped when the protocol stack layered on this
B-channel is in the up state. The call is cleared
when this timer runs out.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 2550
by step of 10.
The default value is '60'."
