"The value of this object is the T313 timer in
seconds for this basic rate interface. This timer
starts when a CONNECT call establishment message
is sent and it is normally stopped when a CONNECT
ACKNOWLEDGE message is received. The DISCONNECT
message is sent when this timer runs out.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 255.
The default value is '4'."
