DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the T310 timer in
seconds for this basic rate interface. This timer
starts when a CALL PROCEEDING call establishment
message is received and it is normally stopped
when an ALERTING, CONNECT, DISCONNECT or PROGRESS
message is received. The DISCONNECT message is
sent when this timer runs out.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 255.
The default value is '40'."
