DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the T308 timer in
seconds for this basic rate interface. This timer
starts when a RELEASE call clearing message is
sent and it is normally stopped when a RELEASE
COMPLETE or RELEASE message is received. When this
timer runs out for the first time the equipment
retransmits the RELEASE message and restarts this
timer. When this timer runs out for the second
time the equipment places the B-channel in
maintenance condition.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 255.
The default value is '4'."
