DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the T305 timer in
seconds for this basic rate interface. This timer
starts when a DISCONNECT call clearing message is
sent and it is normally stopped when a RELEASE or
DISCONNECT message is received. When this timer
runs out the equipment sent a RELEASE message.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 255.
The default value is '30'."
