DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the T303 timer in
seconds for this basic rate interface. This timer
starts when a SETUP call establishment message is
sent and it is normally stopped when an ALERTING,
CONNECT, SETUP ACKNOWLEDGE, CALL PROCEEDING or
RELEASE COMPLETE message is received. When this
timer runs out for the first time the equipment
retransmits the SETUP message and restarts this
timer. When this timer runs out for the second
time the equipment clears the call.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 255.
The default value is '4'."
