DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the T301 timer in
seconds for this basic rate interface. This timer
starts when an ALERTING call establishment message
is received and it is normally stopped when a
CONNECT message is received. The call is cleared
when this timer runs out.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 2550
by step of 10.
The default value is '20'."
