"The value of this object is the inactivity timer
in seconds for this basic rate interface. This
timer starts upon the establishment of the call
and it restarts at each expiry if no trafic has
been using it during this period.. The value '0'
disables the processing of this timer.
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 120.
The default value is '0'."
