DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the deactivation delay
in milliseconds for this basic rate interface. The
deactivation function is specified in order to
permit this interface and the network-side
interface to be placed in a low power consumption
mode when no calls are in progress. The layer 2 is
informed of the reception of an DEACTIVATE
INDICATION by the layer 1 when this delay runs
out.
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 1000
by step of 200.
The default value is '600'."
