DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the activation timer
in milliseconds for this basic rate interface
(timer 3). The deactivation function is specified
in order to permit this interface and the
network-side interface to be placed in a low power
consumption mode when no calls are in progress.
This timer starts upon the reception of an
ACTIVATE REQUEST by the layer 1 and it is normally
stopped when the ACTIVATED state is reached. The
equipment sends DEACTIVATE INDICATIONS when this
timer runs out
This is a decimal integer in the range 200 to
30000 by step of 200.
The default value is '10000'."
