DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object indicates the number of
detections of power source 1 or power source 2,
whichever may be provided for this basic rate
interface. The power source is checked every
fcfIsdnBriInterfaceCheckPeriod milliseconds and
when it changes and remains changed after
fcfIsdnBriFilterRepeatCount checkings, this new
state is delivered to the upper level.
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 255.
The default value is '2'."
