DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object indicates a period in
milliseconds of detection of power source 1 or
power source 2, whichever may be provided for this
basic rate interface. The power source is checked
every fcfIsdnBriInterfaceCheckPeriod milliseconds
and when it changes and remains changed after
fcfIsdnBriFilterRepeatCount checkings, this new
state is delivered to the upper level.
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 51000
by step of 200.
The default value is '200'."
