DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the unuse timer in
seconds for this serial line interface. This
function is specified in order to clear a call
when no communications are established on it. This
timer starts upon the clearing of the last
communication using this call and it is normally
stopped when a new one is initiated. The equipment
clears the call when this timer runs out. The
value '0' disables the processing of this timer.
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 250 by
step of 10.
The default value is '10'."
