DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the dialling timer in
seconds for this serial line interface. It starts
when a call request is sent to the modem and it is
normally stopped when the call is successfull or
when the modem answers with an error message. The
call request is sent again when this timer runs
out. After transmission of the call request
fcfLineModDiallingCount times the serial line
interface state is set to 'down'.
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 2500
by step of 10.
The default value is '30'."
