DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object is the management timer
in seconds for this serial line interface. It
starts when the first call request is sent to the
modem and it is normally stopped when the serial
line interface is 'up'. The serial line interface
state is set to 'down' when this timer runs out.
The value of this timer must be larger than the
total duration of the successive dialling attempts
to not interrupt this processing (see
fcfLineModNewDiallingTimer and
fcfLineModDiallingCount).
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 250.
The default value is '180'."
