"The value of this object indicates, for this
serial line interface, which XID string will be
sent by the equipment prior to the estblishment of
any virtual call (exchange identification
procedure). This XID string is defined in
fcfLineModXidStringTable.
This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 3.
The default value is '255' meaning 'empty value'
(blank value on the equipment configurator)."
