DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object defines how the circuit
109 (I, indication) is monitored to eventually
generate the corresponding event when its state
changes and, when it is monitored, how it is
scanned to determine whether this serial line
interface is up or down.
notMonitored : this circuit is not used,
monitoredNotSignificant : this circuit is
monitored (eventually events are
generated) but it is not scanned to
determine the state of this serial line
interface,
monitoredOff : this circuit is monitored
(eventually events are generated) and it
must be in the OFF condition to determine
that this serial line interface is in the
UP state,
monitoredOn : this circuit is monitored
(eventually events are generated) and it
must be in the ON condition to determine
that this serial line interface is in the
UP state.
The default value is 'monitoredOn'."
