DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object indicates the number of
checkings of the circuits of this serial line
interface. Each circuit state is checked every
fcfLineLinkCheckPeriod milliseconds and when it
changes and remains changed after
fcfLineCheckPeriodCount checkings, this new state
is delivered to the upper level.
This is a decimal integer in the range 1 to 250.
The default value is '3'."
