DESCRIPTION
"The value of this object indicates a period in
milliseconds used to look after the circuits of
this serial line interface. Each circuit state is
checked every fcfLineLinkCheckPeriod milliseconds
and when it changes and remains changed after
fcfLineCheckPeriodCount checkings, this new state
is delivered to the upper level.
This is a decimal integer in the range 200 to
50800 by step of 200.
The default value is '2000'."
