DESCRIPTION
"The date and time of when this rogue MAC was detected.
Returned as a regular string in the format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS.
Returns '00/00/0000 00:00:00' when there are no rogue MACs detected.
The time returned is the local time on the AT&T VPN Gateway. To determine
how the AT&T VPN Gateway's local time relates to UTC view the following OIDs:
nghwUtcOffset (current UTC offset), nghwDstAllowed (daylight saving time allowed),
nghwDstActive (daylight savings time active).
