DESCRIPTION
"The value of tmnxNatDetMapOutStart specifies
the start of this outside IP address range.
A value for this object must be specified when the row is created.
The end of the outside IP address range is determined by the value of
the object tmnxNatPlLsnSubscriberLimit of the corresponding pool:
the size of the outside IP address range is equal to the size of this
inside address range divided by the maximum number of subscribers
allowed per outside IP address."
