DESCRIPTION
"The value of tmnxPhysChassPowerSupOutptStatus indicates the status of
the output voltage of the power supply in the physical chassis.
If the value is 'deviceStateOk (3)', the output voltage of the power
supply is within range. If the value is 'deviceStateFailed (4)', an
output voltage out of range condition has been detected. A value of
'deviceNotEquipped (2)' indicates that the power supply is not present
in the physical chassis."
