"The value of tmnxOamEthCfmTrCtlTgtMacAddr specifies the destination
MAC address for the test.
A non-zero destination MAC address is required in each test frame sent
for the test.
The tmnxOamEthCfmTrCtlTgtMacAddr must be assigned a non-default value.
Otherwise, an attempt to administratively enable the test (using
tmnxOamSaaCtlAdminStatus) will fail."
