Protocol (LDP) for a virtual router in the system.
An entry in this table is created by the agent when vRtrLdpStatus
in the vRtrConfTable is set to 'create'.
The entry is destroyed when vRtrLdpStatus is set to 'delete' but
only if vRtrLdpGenAdminState has a value of 'outOfService'."
