SYNTAX Counter32
MAX-ACCESS read-only

DESCRIPTION
"The number of frames known to be lost because
the internal receive FIFO overflowed [also

the device is unable to get necessary PCI
bandwidth. If the overflow condition persists
for more than one frame, the frames that
follow the first can also be lost.

A frame that was counted as an overrun will
not be counted in other error counters like
(short frames, misaligned, CRC error)."
