DESCRIPTION
"This attribute specifies the transfer priority of frames sent to and
received from the ATM connection, through the service
interworking functions of this interface.
In the Frame Relay to ATM direction, the stp selects the ATM
service category of the connection.
In the ATM to Frame Relay direction, the stp selects the FrAtm
emission priority queue.
The siwfTransferPriority can also be overridden on a per
connection basis by setting the transferPriority atribute in the
FrAtm Dlci Siwf Qos component."
