"This attribute specifies the transfer priority of frames sent to the
ATM connection using this particular Dlci.
In the Frame Relay to ATM direction, the tp selects the ATM
service category of the connection.
In the ATM to Frame Relay direction, the tp selects the FrAtm
emission priority queue.
A value of sameAsInterface specifies that the emission priority
extracts from the FrAtm Ca component using the
siwfTransferPriority attribute.
