DESCRIPTION
"This attribute specifies the highest DLCI value that can be
provisioned for a PVC. It partitions the DLCI space into PVC and
SVC. PVC DLCI numbers higher than this value are rejected. The
value 0 is used to indicate that no PVCs are allowed on the
interface. The value 1007 indicates that no SVCs are allowed on the
interface."
