DESCRIPTION
"This group defines the service and traffic parameters specific to this
instance of DLCI. For permanent (PVC and P-SPVC) DLCIs, the
values of attributes with the exception of the measurementInterval
should be identical to those in the group
FrsDataLinkConnectionProv under the
FrsUniServiceParametersProv component. For switched (SVC)
DLCIs, the values of attributes may be different from the values
provisioned under the FrUni Sig component, if signaling
negotiations have ocurred to alter the service parameters."
