DESCRIPTION
"This group contains all of the provisioning data required to set the
ATM VCC utilization alarm thresholds. The ATM VCC utilization
is indicated by the lastCalculatedVccUtilization attribute.
All thresholds are percentages which can take on any value in the
range of 0% through 200%. The value 200% is used to disable an
individual threshold. For values other than 200%, the minor alarm
threshold must be less than the other thresholds and the major alarm
threshold must be less than the critical alarm threshold."
