DESCRIPTION
"This group contains all of the provisioning data required to set the
link utilization alarm thresholds. All thresholds are percentages
which can take on any value in the range of 0% through 100%. The
value 100% is used to disable an individual threshold. For values
other than 100%, a semantic check ensures that the minor alarm
threshold is less than the other thresholds and that the major alarm
threshold is less than the critical alarm threshold."
