DESCRIPTION
"Each fabric card has a bus tap on both of the system's secondary
control buses. This indicates the state of each fabric card's bus tap
onto the secondary control bus for which clocking is supplied by
this fabric card. The enumerated values describe the state of the
each bus tap.
Possible values are:
ok - The SCB is operational.
txOrRxError - The bus failed due to Tx or Rx problems.
pollError - The bus failed an SCB poll.
testMessageError - The bus failed a fabric card test.
none - The processor card is not available.
unknown - The state cannot be determined due to faulty bustap on
CP."
