DESCRIPTION
"This attribute counts the liveliness errors detected on the card port.
Liveliness errors are failures to receive yellow cells within a certain
period of time. The value wraps to zero when it exceeds the
maximum value.
Note: Yellow cells are special types of packets which are generated
by the fabric port and detected by the fabric card and the fabric port
in order to check the link liveness with the fabric card."
