DESCRIPTION
"This attribute specifies whether the called address screening feature
is enabled or disabled.
If the value is enabled, incoming SVC calls will be screened against
provisioned called addresses. If the value is enabled and the called
address in the ATM SVC call request has been provisioned, the call
is accepted or rejected according to the action specified for that
address. If the value is enabled and the called address in the call
request is not provisioned, the call is rejected.
If the value is disabled, no called address screening is performed."
